The series has been praised for its different approach to the Superman lore, exploring how he, Lois Lane and their family attempt to cope with the demands of superheroes living ordinary lives. This makes it extremely different to the rest of the Arrowverse shows too.

The latest episode revealed that there is more to this Stranger known as Captain Luthor’s motivations than was initially clear. A character from another time/place/earth in which an evil iteration of Superman destroyed everything around him, he is simply trying to prevent the same thing from happening on Earth-Prime. What he doesn’t realize is that this Man of Steel would never do such a thing.
Meanwhile, Lois stood up to Morgan Edge and now he will attempt to retaliate. How will she respond?
