The Falcon and the Winter Soldier comes to an end with its season finale, but when can we expect the episode to premiere on Disney Plus?

The end is nigh for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The Disney Plus series has been a fixture of Marvel Cinematic Universe fans’ lives for a number of weeks now but it will bow out with its finale next week.

Following in the footsteps of the critically-acclaimed WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier broke streaming records for Disney Plus. It’s also unquestionably the most popular TV series in the world right now.

Set after Avengers: Endgame, the series has been focused on the question of whether the world needs superheroes and how those who returned after Thanos’ attack are finding their place in that world. It has taken time to ask questions and delve into stories that the MCU movies haven’t been able to  and it’s been all the more compelling and thought-provoking because of that.

However, all good things must come to an end and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier‘s finale is almost upon us. But when will that finale make its presence felt on Disney Plus?

When does The Falcon and the Winter Soldier episode 6 come out?

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier episode 6 is released on Disney+ on Friday, April 23, at 12:00 a.m. PT and 3:00 a.m. ET. It will then join the previous five episodes that can already be streamed on the service.

The sixth episode is the last episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier‘s first season. Right now, it’s unclear of whether there will be a second one or not, but it does seem like there is a strong possibility and there does indeed seem to be more of a possibility of it receiving a follow-up installment than WandaVision had.
