The Flash season 7, episode 12 release date: When does the show return from hiatus?

The Flash season 7 will be taking a temporary hiatus from screens but when can we expect it to make its return?

The Flash is set to take a brief hiatus from our TV screens. The Arrowverse show recently kicked off its seventh season, airing brand new episodes throughout March, April and May but now that it has reached the halfway point in the story it is telling (and exceeded it in terms of episodes), the show will be taking a short break.

The Flash season 7 has, so far, focused on the arrival of the fearsome Flash Forces. The return of Speed Force Nora initially seemed like a good thing because she was always an ally of Team Flash’s, but her fear of the other Forces drove her to attack them.

The show’s most recent episode concluded that storyline as it brought an end to the season’s first “graphic novel”. And with that, the show will reinvent itself as Barry Allen prepares for the return of Godspeed in the second half of the season.

That means that The Flash will be taking something of a midseason break – the second one this season. The good news is that it will won’t be as long as the previous one.

When does The Flash season 7 return?

The Flash returns to The CW on Tuesday, June 8, at 8:00 p.m. ET. The next episode, season 7, episode 12, is titled “Good-Bye Vibrations” and it will focus on Cisco Ramon’s last hurrah with Team Flash as the beloved Flash character unites with his Flash Family one more time before actor Carlos Valdes’ departure.

It will also kick off the season’s second graphic novel as Barry Allen and Team Flash prepare for the arrival of the real Godspeed.
