John Cena is a treasure

Wrestlers aren’t normally looked at as being good actors. Hulk Hogan was popular, but he didn’t stick around in Hollywood for long. Roddy Piper was amazing, but didn’t have a lot of success after They Live. Dwayne Johnson has carved a name for himself in Hollywood as the premiere action star, but his acting still leaves something to be desired.

Then there’s John Cena. Cena has been on a roll since breaking into acting. He may not have Dwayne’s looks but he’s a better actor. He knows what he’s good at and does it better than expected. Bumblebee, Blockers, and his multiple appearances on Psych are good examples of this.

Let’s look at another aspect of John Cena. He’s truly enjoying playing Peacemaker. He’s been seen walking around in the suit outside of filming The Suicide Squad. He’s wore it on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and on the red carpet for the The Suicide Squad’s premiere. It shows that he’s loving the character and the movie. Considering Peacemaker has a TV series coming out on HBO Max, this should make fans happy. It’s always good when a performer cares about the roles they play. Especially when you do it like Cena with a smile on your face.
