3. Have we seen the last of Batman?

“Be a better Batman.” Those were the haunting words that Bruce Wayne told Dick Grayson when he dropped a crowbar covered in The Joker’s blood on the floor of Wayne Manor and took off into the night. Hours later, all of Gotham City was talking about how The Batman reportedly killed his longtime nemesis in Arkham Asylum in retaliation for what he had done to Robin while Bruce’s jet had vanished after taking off, seemingly taking the Caped Crusader out of play for the moment.

Yes, it seems that Bruce Wayne’s time as Batman has come to an end and it’s now up to the Titans to clean up the city in his absence, but have we really seen the last of The Dark Knight on the show?

Remember, this was Dick’s nightmare vision of Gotham City in the season 1 finale: Batman going too far and killing the Joker during his reign of destruction. This time, however, he has left the city behind because he no longer feels he is the one who can save its soul.

Will Iain Glen ever return to the show or has Bruce Wayne really hung up his cape and cowl for the final time?
