King of prison and Bullseye clones

Comic book: Daredevil No. 33

Daredevil has been a wild series. Throughout this run, Chip Zdarsky has taken the Man Without Fear to places that we haven’t seen before. Yes, he’s been to prison and his life is always in danger. The difference here is the end of the issue showed Daredevil on a makeshift throne in prison. Daredevil: King of jail is something this writer never thought he’d see.

Meanwhile, Bullseye went on to attack and almost kill Elektra. It wasn’t just one of them that carried out this heinous act; Bullseye was cloned. As if one Bullseye isn’t bad enough, now we have multiple versions of one of the deadliest people in the world running around without supervision.

Why is this important?

Daredevil isn’t really the king of prison. He’s using this to mask the fact that he’s uncovering secrets that are going on in the prison. The bad part is he may be going too far. What happens if and when someone gets killed while he’s running around? Detective North coming in was a nice touch. We haven’t seen him in a while. Who knows what North will say to Daredevil and vice-versa.

Elektra was saved by Spider-Man and Iron Man before the Bullseyes could kill her. When Elektra wakes up, she attempts to leave. Tony tries to talk her out of leaving. Elektra, being the smart woman she is, appeals to Tony. She asks him to build her a Bullseye-Killing Machine. Whatever he comes up with will definitely be epic.
