Are Dodge and Eden actually dead?

At the end of Locke and Key Season 2, we have questions about the status of the two main antagonists of the show. But are either of the demons actually dead?

Tyler used the newly forged Alpha key on Dodge at the very end of Season 2, and right after he used it, the house they were in collapsed into the sea. We assume Dodge is dead at that point.

But moments later, Lucas climbs up from the cliffs alive and well with Dodge having finally been separated from his body by the Alpha key. But we were told on numerous occasions that Dodge was an Echo demon, and that Echo demons can only be killed by crossing the threshold in the well house at Key House. So we  can’t definitively declare Dodge dead at this point and time in the show.

We also saw Eden possibly die at the end of the season. Eden used a key we had yet to see, the Echo Key, to summon forth Captain Gideon. But when Eden tries to assert her dominance over Gideon, the newly summoned demon picks her up and drops her down the well. While it could be safe to assume Eden died after being dropped, it isn’t a foregone conclusion.
