Marvel Comics: 6 major moments comic book fans should know about (November)

The Avengers lose trust in Shang-Chi
Comic book: Shang-Chi No. 6
Shang-Chi is one of the best fighters in the world. As incredible as he is, it doesn’t mean anything when you’re fighting a god, especially when that god is Thor. However, in Shang-Chi No. 6, the odds were evened when Shang was given a sword made from the Cosmic Cube. The problem is that he thought the cube was given to Steve Rogers (Shang-Chi No. 2). Unfortunately, his brother Takeshi lied and turned it into a weapon. After finding this out, Shang let the Avengers take his brother into custody.
Why is this important?
Shang-Chi was already having issues turning his father’s empire from criminals. Unbeknownst to him, the people around him are working for someone else. A person that’s almost certainly evil. His younger sister was one of the last people on his side. After he lets the Avengers take Takeshi, she may join the people working against Shang-Chi.
That’s not all. We don’t know if the Avengers trust Shang. Neither Captain America nor Iron Man know if he gave up the Cosmic Cube to cover his tracks. Spider-Man trusts Shang, but that’s only one hero out of many.
