Marvel’s Hawkeye returns for its sixth and final episode, but how long is the season finale?

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been treated to an abundance of epic new content from Marvel Studios this year. While the MCU’s reign of dominance continues on the big screen, it also launched its compelling supply of TV shows (all of which stream on the Disney Plus streaming service), with WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki and What If…? all recreating that success on the small screen.

The next in line was none other than Hawkeye, with that show stepping in for Ms. Marvel – which was originally supposed to close out 2021 for the MCU shows but was ultimately moved to summer 2022.

As longtime MCU fans will already know just by the name of the series, Hawkeye gives some long overdue focus to its titular hero, Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner). One of the founding members of the Avengers, we don’t see Clint stand in the spotlight much, but he will at least get some in this show. That is, until he shares it with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), who is expected to follow in the archer’s footsteps.

The show is set to conclude with a memorable season finale, but just how long is the sixth adventure?

How long is Hawkeye episode 6?

Hawkeye’s season finale reportedly clocks in at 59 minutes. If true, that makes the finale the longest episode of any Disney Plus series yet and close in length to the first two episodes (both which ran for approximately 50 minutes).

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige had previously confirmed that each of the Marvel shows would essentially add up to a six-hour movie when the episodes’ runtimes were combined. We’ve seen that happen with previous episodes and this lines up for Hawkeye too.

Hawkeye adds its season finale to Disney+ next Wednesday.
