Here’s how you can watch season 1, episode 8 of the CW’s new series Naomi live and online.

Zumbado is the most mysterious character on The CW’s Naomi. Every time you think you have him figured out, he does something to change your mind. He told Naomi that neither S.T.A.R. Labs or Dr. Bell were to be trusted. She didn’t listen. Thankfully, he was there to save her. Viewers learned more about Zumbado in episode 7 “I Am Not a Used Car Salesman” as we took a journey into Zumbado’s past on his alternate Earth.

Zumbado took Naomi into his memory. Unlike normal telepathy, she could feel, see, and smell Zumbado’s memories. Her powers brought his memories into reality – something that scared Zumbado, who said that she was too powerful.

As the story went on, Naomi learned how Zumbado and the other 29 people got their powers and who he was before the incident that gave him and the people of his Earth those powers. He was helping people. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just powers that the meteors gave his Earth; those meteors ended up destroying it. There was also a superpowered being named Brutus who was hunting people with powers.

At the end of the story, we see that Akira blames Zumbado for other powered people getting captured. Zumbado denies the accusation. We don’t know if it’s true or not. Like Zumbado said, don’t believe everything you hear or what she thinks. At some point this season, Zumbado could prove to be the villain he is in the comics. He still has secrets. Or maybe he’s just misguided. We’ll have to wait and see.
