Harley Quinn season 3 is not coming to HBO Max in June 2022

Harley Quinn season 3 remains one of the most sought-after TV shows today, but don’t be expecting new episodes of the show on HBO Max this month.

It was only a matter of time until Harley Quinn led her own series, so when the mature animated show made its presence felt on DC Universe, it was no surprise to see that it was a resounding success.

The show was so successful, in fact, that it outlasted the streaming service that produced it, hopping on over to HBO Max when DC Universe evolved into a comics-only platform titled DC Universe Infinite.

While predecessors on the DCU Titans, Doom Patrol and Young Justice already streamed their first HBO Max-exclusive seasons last year (and DC’s Stargirl aired its first non-DCU season on The CW), Harley Quinn has yet to make its presence felt on HBO Max with new episodes.

Unfortunately, the animated series won’t be premiering new episodes in June either. HBO Max recently unveiled its content listings for new arrivals in the month, and Harley Quinn season 3 was not on there. But when will it arrive?

Harley Quinn season 3 release date predictions

If you’re wondering when Harley Quinn season 3 might premiere, you’ll be happy to know that it likely won’t be much longer until new episodes premiere on HBO Max. While an exact date has yet to be given, we do know that it will premiere sometime this summer.

Showrunner and executive producer Patrick Schumacker revealed on Twitter that he knows the release date and while he’s not going to tell fans, it is in the time of year that rhymes with “schummer.”

Yes, that does imply the show will return in summer 2022, and it understandably made fans of the Kaley Cuoco-led series excited about the prospect of enjoying new episodes of their favorite show for the first time in almost two years.
