7 huge Marvel and DC comic book moments fans should know (June 2022)

Thor destroys the Bifrost
Comic book: Thor No. 26
Thor is intimidating enough. Adding more power to him and making him bigger, green, and a Hulk is terrifying. Readers saw just how much in Thor No. 26. Sif tried to transport Thor using the Bifrost Bridge but he stopped this from happening – something that should be impossible. Even more unbelievable is Hulked up Thor destroying the Rainbow Bridge while doing so.
Normally, it would be over after that. Thankfully for everyone, Bruce Banner and Odin were talking inside the Hulk’s head. Bruce Banner talked Odin into allowing him access to Mjolnir. The two titans fought and caused even more destruction.
Why is this important?
The Bifrost Bridge is a fast way for beings to travel quickly throughout the 10 Realms. Thor destroying it makes everyone’s lives more difficult. That’s not the worst part of it. Thor has been having problems while being the All Father. Some of his decisions have been questioned by his people. Among those questioning him has been Sif (who guarded the Bifrost) – a god that he trusts with his life in battle and respects her opinion more than most. Whether Thor was in control or not will force people to doubt his time as king.
