2. Kaley Cuoco

A few years ago, Kaley Cuoco may not have been the first person you thought of when it comes to playing Sue Storm. Her role in The Big Bang Theory may have disqualified her from some fans’ minds. Then, she went on to voice Harley Quinn and star in The Flight Attendant. In both she showed she’s more than capable of playing larger-than-life characters like Sue Storm.

Kaley is the exact kind of person Marvel Studios loves. She’s recognizable, fun, and can play comedy. If Marvel decides to make Sue Storm goofier, then she’ll fit right in. After seeing her grow as a performer, she could go a different route if Marvel makes her more serious than funny.

1. Karen Gillan

Karen Gillan is already playing Nebula in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. But that shouldn’t necessarily disqualify her from playing another character in the MCU. For one, she isn’t the first performer to play more than one comic book character. Second, Gillan has spent her time in the MCU in make-up. Some people may not realize who she is until someone mentions it.

Karen Gillan is an actress who’s done it all. Horror, comedy, and, of course, action. Fans of the Jumanji reboot know she can pull off charisma and wit. If you’ve seen Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, then you know she can put fear into people with her performances as well. She’s the right kind of person you’d want to stare down Doctor Doom and make it look believable.
