Flash

Ezra Miller continues to find himself on the wrong side of the law. So, his off-set conduct is putting The Flash and his movie career in jeopardy. Despite the man behind The Flash, Andrés Muschietti’s Flash has everyone excited, including CEO David Zaslav. We understand why.

The IT director’s story is adapting DC’s Flashpoint to the big screen. Flashpoint sees Barry change the timeline to bring his mother back to life. The aftermath isn’t what the Scarlet Speedster expected. In the comics, Barry’s miscalculation creates an alternate timeline, Flashpoint.

Everything we see in The Flash would be through the lens of Barry in an alternate reality. However, there are always consequences, which we will see whenever he returns to the main timeline. Flash gives a clean slate from now on. Whether Miller returns post Flashpoint shouldn’t stop Warner Discovery from continuing to build a trilogy around one of its more popular characters.

We deserve to see Flash take on Reverse Flash and his Rogue Gallery. There’s too much material with Flash to end with Flashpoint but is the perfect catalyst to take the DCEU in a somewhat different direction.
