Namor’s mutant importance

It isn’t enough to just mention the mutants in a mid-credit scene on a Disney Plus show. Ms. Marvel‘s reference was just the beginning. Mutants need to be announced on a huge scale. And, in Phase 4, there isn’t a bigger stage than Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. People are going to run to the theaters more than they have in years.

Tenoch Huerta’s Namor possibly being a mutant would be a huge deal for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He could help add more momentum to the ever growing idea that mutants are coming to the MCU and, more than that, prove that they have existed in their universe for years. And, knowing Namor, he’s not going to just say that he’s a mutant. He’s going to scream it proudly in front of anyone who dares defy him or insult his heritage. That moment will become a scene that Marvel fans will never forget.

Come on Marvel, make Namor a mutant in the MCU!
