The Walking Dead is easily one of the biggest shows in the world today. It’s been that way since it debuted on screens over a decade ago. The show’s domestic popularity translates to the UK, where it also has amassed a large fanbase over the years – many of whom still tune into new episodes on a weekly basis.
The show used to be broadcast on the Sky channel Fox before it was shut down in 2021. But Walking Dead fans were thankful to hear that Disney Plus’ Star service would be streaming it for UK audiences going forward.

The Walking Dead season 11, part 3 is expected to premiere with episode 17 arriving on Star on Disney Plus in the UK on Monday, October 3, 2022 (likely arriving at 8:00 a.m. BST). The show returns to US screens on AMC the night before that and, as has been the case thus far, the UK premiere usually follows just hours later.
This is the show’s second return in season 11, as the final season has been split into three segments, with each one consisting of eight episodes. Its bumper final season consists of 24 episodes and that means the show is gearing up to air its final eight.
The wait for more episodes of TWD is almost over! Prepare for the show’s last ride as the final eight episodes arrive on Disney Plus on Monday mornings right through to the series finale, which will premiere in the UK on Monday, November 21.
