2. Moon Knight

Moon Knight was one of Marvel’s most beloved characters never to receive a live-action adaptation. That all changed when the Disney Plus series made its presence felt on the streaming service earlier this year.

Oscar Isaac was the man in charge of bringing Marc Spector and Steven Grant to life, and to say that he succeeded in the role would be a huge, huge understatement. Imposing and formidable as Marc, and sweet and lovable as Steven, Isaac personified all facets of Moon Knight’s personalities, ensuring that audiences were left wanting more when the six-part series concluded in May.

Like She-Hulk, there has yet to be any word as to whether Marvel will renew the show for a second season or not, because it all depends on what their plans are for the characters’ next steps in the MCU. But also like She-Hulk, this is one of the Marvel shows with real potential for a second season. This one is so disconnected from the wider MCU that you might be forgiven for overlooking its placement within that universe.

Unfortunately, Marvel’s slate for 2023 is pretty packed, so if the studio does decide to bring Moon Knight back in a second season, it won’t be until 2024 at the very earliest.
