Will Titans air a new bonus episode tonight? (December 8, 2022)

Will Titans air another episode tonight on HBO Max? Find out right here. ***Spoilers for Titans season 4 ahead***

Unlike the most of the shows on HBO and HBO Max, Titans (and now Doom Patrol) split its fourth season into two parts. The first two episodes came out on the same day. Then, every Thursday after that, a new episode of Titans season 4 debuted. With the mid-season finale happening, and Sebastian willingly going to Mother Mayhem, fans expected something major to happen. They were not disappointed.

In the mid-season finale, some of the Titans disappeared as Sebastian yelled and completed the spell. Meanwhile, it looked like Jinx was killed by Mother Mayhem (this writer believes she’s alive and hiding). Before he could be killed or disappear, Garfield (Beast Boy) asked to go to the Red. It may have been the only way to save himself. And, in return, be able to save his friends.

No matter what you think about the season so far, they ended it with one heck of a cliffhanger. We don’t know if our heroes are dead or alive. And before you say there’s no way they could be dead, remember that this is a comic book series. They could be killed, replaced by a new team of Titans, and come back towards the end of the season.

Is Titans season 4 new tonight, December 8?

Unfortunately, Titans won’t be airing a new episode tonight. The show’s midseason finale streamed on HBO Max last week, meaning that it will be taking a break for some time.

If you’re in the mood for more DC TV, Doom Patrol season 4 will air its first two episodes tonight instead. It will then air the first half of its season through to January 5.

As for Titans, fans will have to wait until 2023 to find out what happens. The second half of season 4 won’t debut until next year and HBO Max have yet to confirm when exactly it will return.

Don’t rule out the possibility of Titans somehow being connected to tonight’s season 4 premiere of Doom Patrol. However, since they’re not in the same universe, it’s not likely. Although, you never know. The comic book multiverse is a strange place. And there is a rumored crossover between Titans, Doom Patrol, and Stargirl coming up!
