The Flash season 9 will feature a ton of familiar faces as The CW’s most successful show ever begins its final run.

The Flash is the longest-running superhero show currently on TV (and the second-longest running of all time). However, that run will come to an end later this year when the Scarlet Speedster’s ninth and final season concludes.

Like all good final seasons, fans are expecting Easter Eggs, tributes, and references to the legendary show’s run throughout season 9, and it looks like we’re going to get it in the form of some returning familiar faces.

The CW has revealed that there will be more returning faces in the final season.

The Flash season 9 cast: Returning guest stars

As reported by TVLine, it has been revealed that Keiynan Lonsdale will be reprising his role as Wally West / Kid Flash in The Flash season 9. He wasn’t the only returning guest star announced, as it was also confirmed that Arrow star and Arrowverse veteran David Ramsey will be back as John Diggle, while Sendhil Ramamurthy will return as season 6 big bad Ramsey Rosso, a.k.a. Bloodwork.

Of the three returning guest stars, it’s Lonsdale that fans are likely most excited to see. Wally was a huge part of the show’s second and third seasons, until he was inexplicably written off. It’s only right that he, a major character in the comics, be present for some of The Flash‘s final season.

These three are just the latest Flash and Arrowverse regulars to be confirmed for season 9, joining Andy Mientus (Pied Piper), Max Adler (The Hotness), and Damion Poitier (Goldface), as well as Batwoman‘s Javicia Leslie and Supergirl‘s Nicole Maines.

The Flash season 9 premieres on The CW on Wednesday, February 8, at 8:00 p.m. ET.
