Are you ready to see what’s next for Henry Cavill in another comic book movie role? If given a chance, there are a few characters he’d nail.

Hearts are still aching since the news broke that Henry Cavill will no longer be playing Superman in the DC Universe. Since then, fans have been clamoring for Disney and Marvel Studios to sign him to a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And with good reason – Cavill has proven time and time again that he is a versatile and talented actor who would be a great fit for many different comic book roles, especially in the MCU.

One of the roles that fans have been most excited about is the possibility of Cavill playing Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four. With his chiseled good looks and physique, Cavill would be a perfect fit for the role of Reed Richards, the leader of the Fantastic Four and one of the smartest men in the Marvel Universe. He has the acting chops to portray the character’s intelligence and leadership skills, as well as the physicality to convincingly bring Reed’s stretching powers to life on screen.

Another popular choice among fans is Cavill as Wolverine, the iconic mutant with retractable claws and a regenerative healing factor. Cavill has the rugged and muscular build that is perfect for the role, and his performances in action-packed roles like Mission: Impossible – Fallout and The Witcher show that he has what it takes to portray Wolverine’s intense and complex personality. He’s a bit too tall, for the role but he’d kill it. Cyclops is a better fit.

Another role Cavill could be a great fit for is Hercules, the powerful demigod of Greek mythology who has been a fan-favorite character in the Marvel Universe for decades. Cavill’s physique and acting skills make him a strong candidate to bring the character to life on screen, and it would be exciting to see him portray the character’s strength and bravado.

Cavill’s potential doesn’t stop in the MCU though. He could also be a great fit for other comic book movie roles thanks to his range and versatility as an actor.
