The Last of Us episode 6 release time (by time zone)
The Last of Us is back on HBO and HBO Max on its regular Sunday night slot. What time can you expect it in your neck of the woods?
It probably felt like a whole lot longer waiting for this week’s episode of The Last of Us after last week’s early release on the Friday, but we made it to Sunday and episode 6 is almost here.
The fifth episode was yet another emotionally-heavy episode, with Joel, Ellie, Henry and Sam all trying to make it out of the city alive. A showdown with Kathleen resulted in huge battle with infected, Clickers and the jaw-dropping Bloater. And the aftermath of that showdown made for another impactful conclusion.
By the looks of the promotional material released ahead of episode 6, this week’s returning episode will see Joel and Ellie finally cross paths with Tommy (Gabriel Luna). If you’ve been watching from the start (or you’ve played the video game), you’ll know how important to the narrative Tommy is. We haven’t seen Joel’s brother since the beginning of the series, so we don’t know much about what he’s been up to since the 20-year time-jump in the pilot episode. Now it looks like we may get that chance.
If you’re ready to revisit the world of The Last of Us and catch up with Tommy, here’s when you can watch episode 6 in your region.
