Titans season 4 part 2 is not coming to HBO Max in March 2023

Titans season 4 part 2 may be on its way but it won’t be part of HBO Max’s line-up this coming month.

The DC cancellations weren’t exclusive to 2022, it seems, as this year kicked off with two more heartbreaking axings when it was confirmed that both Titans and Doom Patrol would end with their fourth seasons. Those fourth seasons had already been filmed, and were split into two parts during their runs on HBO Max.

Both will return to air their second (and final) installment of episodes, with Titans likely being the first to do so. The veteran show was the first to stream the first half of its fourth season, which made its presence felt on HBO Max back in November. It ran for six episodes before bowing out with a shocking midseason finale that saw the Titans face off against Brother Blood and Mother Mayhem.

Unfortunately, it won’t be back with new episodes on HBO Max this coming month. The WarnerMedia streamer has confirmed the titles coming to its library in March, and Titans season 4 part 2 is not among them.

Titans season 4 part 2 release date updates

The news that Titans‘ fourth season will be its last has understandably cast doubt about when its final six episodes will premiere on HBO Max, but even though the streamer has been removing original content over the past six months, there’s no reason to believe that we won’t see the second part of the show’s fourth season on there soon.

A recent update from one of the show’s directors, Nick Copus, suggested that season 4 part 2 would premiere in April. Granted, that update came before the show’s cancellation, but it’s still looking like an April release date is highly possible at this point in time. After all, by that point it will have been close to six months since the first six episodes premiered on HBO Max, and given that this is now Titans‘ final batch of episodes, it’s likely that the streamer will want to capitalize on that while the show is still fresh in people’s minds.

Of course, it’s best to wait for HBO Max to officially announce Titans‘ return date but April is looking like a realistic possibility at this point.
