The Mandalorian season 3 introduces several new players to The Mandalorian cast including Vane, a character with connections to Greef Karga. Here’s who plays Vane in The Mandalorian season 3!

The Mandalorian season 3 has arrived and there is a lot to love about the season 3 premiere which does a perfect job of laying the groundwork for the season’s central storyline, while quickly catching us up with several familiar faces while introducing a slew of new faces across the episode.

Among the new characters who cross paths with The Mandalorian is Vane, a pirate who makes his way to Nevarro with a gang of his comrades to enjoy some drinking at one of their favorite bars. The only problem is that their favorite drinking spot has since been converted into a school, something Vane and company don’t take kindly to.  Tensions quickly rise before Vane flees Nevarro, only to later show up and cause some more chaos for Mando.

He’s a standout character from the episode due to the role he plays across the episode as one of its guest characters, one who happens to be played by an actor who is no stranger to character work.

The Mandalorian cast: Who plays Vane?

Because of the prosthetics used to create the character of Vane, the identity of the actor behind the character is hidden which creates a sense of mystery behind who is bringing the character to life. The Mandalorian has cast a wide net with many amazing guest performers across its first two seasons and that continues with the casting of actor Marti Matulis in the role of Vane in The Mandalorian season 3.

Matulis is no stranger to the sci-fi and fantasy genre, having appeared in a number of hit series over the years including American Horror Story, Sleepy Hollow, Z Nation, Westworld, and Star Trek: Picard. You’re most likely to recognize him from his work in MTV’s Teen Wolf where he played The Surgeon, The Outlaw, and the Anuk-ite, or from his roles as George, Devil Therapist, and Jinn in the hit series EVIL.
