The Mandalorian season 3 release schedule: When do new episodes come out?

The Mandalorian season 3 is now underway, and if you’re planning to watch new episodes the minute they drop on Disney+, you’d better familiarize yourself with the release schedule.

The Mandalorian is finally back with its highly anticipated third season, following Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu as they go on another adventure of a lifetime. The two were, fortunately, reunited during The Book of Boba Fett, and we hope they’re never apart again! After training with Luke Skywalker and the Jedi, Grogu is as powerful as ever. Fingers crossed we get to see him using the Force a bunch of times throughout the new season.

The Mandalorian season 3 is off to a decent start, and we’re excited to see where the eight-episode sci-fi series goes. It’s been over two years since the second season concluded in late 2020 with that epic finale that brought back Luke, so we’re hoping season 3 proves to be worth the wait.

The last time we got a new season of the Star Wars show, new episodes were released every Friday. Man, those were the days! In the years since, Disney+ has decided to shift its release schedule, premiering new episodes of their shows on Wednesdays. Users of the streaming service haven’t loved the change, but it is what it is. At least The Mandalorian is back!
