How can you watch the third episode of Gotham Knights online? What happened in the previous episode? Find out right here.
Harper, Duela, Cullen, and Turner are attempting to clear their names for the murder of Bruce Wayne/Batman in Gotham Knights. Before doing that, they have to get evidence proving their innocence. Saying, “The Court of Owls killed Bruce Wayne and framed us” wasn’t going to cut it.
This left Carrie Kelly and Turner to search Wayne Tower in the previous episode. While there, they find something shocking. Bruce’s first case was about the Court of Owls. He believed they were behind his parents’ murder. A nod to Batman: Court of Owls and The City of Owls series by Tom Snyder.
Before Turner and Carrie could escape, they’re confronted by The Court’s Talon. This is a fight they have no chance of winning. Since Batman couldn’t stop him, two inexperienced kids can’t either. Harper and Cullen tried to save them, but couldn’t. It was Carrie Kelly who saved them by using one of Batman’s skyline gadgets to escape the Talon.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Brown is at the Gotham City Police Department being interviewed by Harvey Dent. Stephanie says she’s not going to say anything because she knows her rights. It looked like her friend Brody was telling the police what she did. He was actually telling the cops he did it.
The biggest takeaway is that Bruce’s former assistant Cressida is working for the court of Owls. We find this out as she’s confronting Mayor Hamilton Hill. If the Court has him in his pocket, that means their reach is deeper than anyone knows. If this writer had to guess, Stephanie’s friend Brody could be working for the Court as well.
