When High Magistrate Greef Karga (played by Carl Weathers) needed help getting Pirates off of Nevarro in the previous episode of The Mandalorian, he calls in a favor from Rebel Alliance member Captain Carson Teva. Unfortunately, Nevarro didn’t sign the treaty. That left Captain Teva’s request for assistance unmet . Thankfully, the Captain had another option. He went to the Mandalorians.

Din Djarin and Bo-Katan convinced the rest of the Mandalorians to help free Nevarro. Despite being outgunned, all of the Mandalorian ships and soldiers took out the pirates and saved Nevarro. With their victory, the Mandalorians gained land on Nevarro courtesy of High Magistrate Greef Karga. Now, as Din put it, the Mandalorians could live in the light again.

After the battle ends, The Armorer tells Bo-Katan that she has a calling of sorts. She once believed that the Mythosaur wasn’t real. However, she understands that there’s something special about Bo-Katan. She tells Bo to remove her helmet because she walks in both worlds. The plan now is for Bo-Katan to reach out to other Mandalorians and bring them together and retake Mandalore.

This was an action packed episode. Something that The Mandalorian sometimes doesn’t have a lot of. However, this chapter was full of things to think about. Both Elia Kane and Bo-Katan have secrets. Elia isn’t doing things out of the kindness of her heart. This writer doesn’t believe that we’ll find out until the final episode. However, it’s definitely tied to the disappearance of Moff Gideon.

Bo-Katan wants to reunite the Mandalorians. That much is true. The questions with her are why what happens after that? Will she expect to be a leader? If she does, will she be a tyrant and will the others follow her? How will Din react to what’s going on? He didn’t seem to be happy about what  The Armorer did.
