There are many ways that the Green Lantern could be represented in the new DC Universe, but which actors would be a good fit for the role?

When it comes to the Green Lantern, we all know how that turned out the first time they tried to bring the character to the big screen (I mean I didn’t hate the movie, but it was definitely not the greatest movie out there). But luckily for us, there is a new DC Universe in the works and there is a hope that James Gunn and Peter Safran can bring new life to this sadly maligned superhero (or technically, group of heroes).

Honestly, if you are a fan of the comics then you already know that there is more than one Green Lantern. And not only that but even in the Ryan Reynolds version of the film, we saw that there is an entire Green Lantern Corps. So when we say that we have a wish list of actors that we want to see don the mantle of the Green Lantern, we could easily see all of the actors in a movie together as a team up of Green Lanterns.

So when trying to put together our list of which actors we would love to see play the Green Lantern, we had to consider that there are different characters within this world that actually bring these heroes to life. This actually meant that there are a lot of different characteristics and personalities that could work in terms of any potential DC Universe movie.
