Titans has been a staple of DC Comics fans’ lives for its four year run. Which of its seasons stand out as the best?

It’s been quite the run for DC’s Titans. A show that had been in development for TNT for years before it was ultimately shelved, it came to fruition as the first original series for the DC Universe streaming service. When that platform evolved into a comics-only service, the show was moved to HBO Max for its third and fourth seasons.

The change-of-ownership at Warner Bros. Discovery sadly resulted in the show’s cancellation after season 4. While it remained popular, Titans (along with a host of other DC movies and TV shows) was cancelled as the new DC Studios looked to create one single shared universe of DC programming on film and TV (with a few exceptions here and there).

Throughout its run, Titans has evoked strong reactions from fans and critics. The show is a lot darker than the Teen Titans comics it is based on, so audiences were stunned to hear excessive bad language and see such intense violence in its very first trailer. Nevertheless, it became a beloved part of the comic book TV genre and provided us with some great adaptations of classic DC stories.
