Will Titans air a new bonus episode tonight? (May 18, 2023)

This is the end of Titans on HBO Max, but is it the end forever? Maybe not and here’s why.

Titans made its debut in October of 2018. Throughout the series, fans have seen heroes rise and fall, live and die, and even come back from the dead.

Throughout the four seasons and 43 episodes, Titans has gotten mixed reviews. Some people enjoyed the darker version of Nightwing and others. Meanwhile, others haven’t loved the show’s versions of their favorite characters. Regardless of how you feel about the show, the show became a regular part of DC fans’ lives.

The show’s fourth season has been streaming new episodes throughout the past month, but can audiences anticipate a new episode tonight?

Is Titans new tonight, May 18?

Unfortunately, Titans season 4 won’t be streaming any new episodes on HBO Max this week. The show normally released its episodes on Thursdays, but last week’s was the series finale. As a result, there will be no more episodes of Titans on HBO Max.

The series finale gave fans some closure and a happy ending. Considering the writers may not have had enough time to properly create a proper conclusion, what they did was impressive. The characters received a happily ever after (at least what passes for one when you’re a superhero). This didn’t seem possible on a show like this. All signs pointed to the heroes having a tragic ending. Instead, the final episode may have left viewers smiling. Despite the happiness, closure, and HBO Max canceling the show, maybe it isn’t all over.

When it comes to comic book projects, never say never. Even one of Titans‘ own writers thinks the show could make a comeback someday. Perhaps streaming services like Amazon Prime Video may one day take a chance and renew the show. Maybe the heroes getting new looks and perspectives on life will make the show more intriguing if it does come back some day.

Plus, in the comics, the Titans have gone on to do different things and come back together. It’s actually happening right now. Maybe there’s a future where these versions of Nightwing, Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, and Conner come together again. We’ll have to wait and see.
