John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum is the third movie of the John Wick movie series (obviously!), and it premiered in theaters in 2019, just two years after the release of John Wick: Chapter 2. I almost put John Wick: Chapter 3 as No. 1 on this list, but I changed my mind. Still, this movie is so good and right up there with the best of the franchise.
John Wick: Chapter 3 begins after the events of the second movie, and John Wick finds himself as the most wanted man in the world. The High Table put a bounty on his head, and he spends most of the movie on the run while learning more about the mysterious organization.
John Wick: Chapter 3 also introcues audiences briefly to Rooney, also know as Ballerina, who will be the subject of the fifth movie of the John Wick franchise. Ana de Armas will star in Ballerina, but she’s not in the third movie.
