2. Kiernan Shipka

As a fan of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Kiernan Shipka has already proven that she can take on a character with unique abilities and gifts. She has also showcased her ability to lead a cast in style, which we want from anyone joining the MCU as an X-Man.

The thing that makes me think that Shipka could be a great Shadowcat is the fact that while she may be in her early to mid-20s, she has a level of maturity that we want for this character. We want someone who can bring a touch of grittiness to the role and anyone who has played the daughter of Lucifer has the ability to bring the heat to any character.

Having already portrayed a character with gifts, we can easily see her having the ability to phase through things as Shadowcat and even taking on the mantle of Star-Lord if needed (if that aspect of the comics was ever explored in movie form). At the same time, we can see her being jaded by life, as so many of the X-Men are over time. And yes, we can also see her leading a team of mutants to save the world.

We want an actress willing to stick with this role for multiple movies and projects. And we can easily see Kiernan Shipka sticking around and not only embracing the X-Men, but also making this character her own, with her own special blend of sassiness, humor, and more.
