Harley Quinn didn’t make their fans wait long for a fourth season. It has been almost a year to the day that season 3 was released. Now, here we are with season 4 upon us, ready to premiere on Max. This seems to be a trend with the show. Viewers don’t usually have to wait too long to see Harley, Poison Ivy, and the rest in new adventures. Season 4 is keeping this trend going.

The season trailer shows all of the shenanigans Harley Quinn fans are used to seeing. Harley is rambunctious, and violent, and gives all her love to Poison Ivy. Meanwhile, Ivy is adjusting to being the new head of the Legion of Doom while being a loving girlfriend to Harley. Shocking to no one, the L.O.D. hates having a woman as their boss. Also not surprising, it looks like Ivy won’t allow that to stop her from being great at her job.

The biggest drama in this season will be Harley and Ivy’s conflicting jobs. Harley is still attempting to be a hero while Ivy is all in on being a villain. The trailer shows that there will be moments when their interests conflict with each other.

Another problem wasn’t mentioned in the trailer. In Harley Quinn: The Animated Series: Legion of Bats!, Ivy’s ex-girlfriend Bella Garten shows up. Bella came back into Ivy’s life and brought back old feelings. This causes Ivy to lie to Harley about what she’s been doing. If they don’t figure out how to make their lives work, Harlivy could be over before the season ends. When that happens, Bella could make good on her promise to step back into Ivy’s life.
