4 – Mahito

Sliding into our fourth spot is none other than the disturbingly jovial curse, Mahito. With a smirk almost permanently etched onto his face, Mahito isn’t your typical spook. Nope, this humanoid curse revels in the chaos, striding through the narrative with a nonchalant air that sends shivers down our spines. You know that saying, “The devil may care”? Yeah, Mahito wears it like a freaking badge of honor.

But let’s not let his playful exterior fool us. Beneath the surface lies a terrifying power that makes Mahito one of the scariest curses in Jujutsu Kaisen. He can manipulate souls. Yep, you read that right. This guy can twist and mold your soul like playdough, contorting his victims into grotesque shapes of their former selves. Thanks, but no thanks.

3 – Jogo

Slithering its way into our number 3 spot, it’s the curse that’s as fiery as they come – Jogo. This volcanic entity is the very definition of a hothead (and should be my own personal deity for that), and not just because his cranium is literally aflame. With a temper as unpredictable as a volcanic eruption, he’s a hot ticket that keeps everyone on their toes. Think Hades from Hercules, but a little less lovable.

But what earns Jogo his number 3 spot isn’t just his fiery temper. This curse brings on the heat – literally. Jogo can summon apocalyptic meteor-like attacks that rain down devastation on his foes. You’ve heard of raining cats and dogs, but raining meteors? That’s an entirely different level of ‘weathering the storm’. If Jujutsu Kaisen has taught us anything, it’s that when Jogo enters the ring, you better brace for impact.
