The seventh episode of Disney Plus‘ Ahsoka immediately kicked things up a notch. We finally caught up with Baylan Skoll, Shin Hati, Morgan Elsbeth, and Sabine Wren. After they landed on the distant planet, Grand Admiral Thrawn made his return to the Star Wars universe and he did it in style.

Thrawn’s ship flew into the picture full of loyal soldiers. After greeting his rescuers and stating what was next, something shocking happened: Thrawn lets Wren leave to find Ezra Bridger. However, he did tell her that she’d be stranded on this planet forever and that she put the entire galaxy at risk for one person. Of course, that wasn’t it. Thrawn ordered Baylan and Hati to follow Wren. Wren will have the opportunity to find Ezra meaning his agreement was fulfilled.

The next episode of Ahsoka is likely going to get emotional. Wren will have to admit to Ezra that she doesn’t have a plan to get off the planet. She’ll also have to tell him that she may have let Thrawn loose on the galaxy. Ezra won’t be able to get passed that. Then there’s Ahsoka. She may not have gotten too emotional in this series, but she will when she gets to Wren. Wren willingly went with the enemy. That’s not going to fly.

Look for episode 7 of Ahsoka to be the best episode of the Star Wars show’s season.
