The narrator says that episode 5 is full of spoilers so huge that they can’t give any of them away. Considering everything that happens in this show, that says a lot. Rick and Morty is known for having moments that have nothing to do with the episode. If even the random moments lead to something, then whatever happens is going to be big.

Rick and Morty is almost halfway through its seventh season
This is the mid-season episode of Rick and Morty. Normally, this is where things start to heat up in a program. If Rick fights his alternate self in this episode, he’s probably going to lose. Even worse, he’ll be replaced. Rick Prime will take this opportunity to ruin his counterpart’s life. If that happens, it’ll be interesting to see who notices that this isn’t their Rick.
When Rick used a kinder version of himself (season 6, episodes 9 and 10), no one caught on. Because of that, this time will be different.
Over the last few episodes, Rick has become a different person. Thanks to therapy, he’s been more caring and aware of how his negative actions affect people. The other Rick isn’t that evolved. When he starts acting mean, the Smiths will hate him. However, eventually, one or more of them will start to wonder what’s going on.
