For years, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has enthralled audiences around the world on the big screen. But in recent years, it has taken the adventures to the small one too, entertaining us from the comfort of our own homes with cutting edge adventures that are still worthy of the biggest screen imaginable.
With the launch of the Disney Plus streaming service back in 2019, major franchises like Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney itself were able to produce multi-episode adventures to appeal to both the established audience of each brand and new viewers along the way. It was a new way of reaching people - or, rather, an old way of reaching people via a new method.
This isn't the first time that Marvel has turned to television, with various iconic shows over the years on both network TV in the US and Netflix around the world (Agent Carter, Agents of SHIELD, and Daredevil, you will always be famous!), but the new shows are canon to the franchise from the offset (although some of those aforementioned shows were retroactively canonized in the MCU), providing us with new weekly adventures to bridge the gaps between movies.
Not all of the MCU's foray into television has been successful, however, as some of the Disney Plus shows didn't quite hit the mark. Some didn't resonate with audiences in the way that Marvel Studios hoped while others just flatly infuriated audiences because of questionable decision-making and creative choices.
So, with that in mind, let's take a look at the three worst MCU shows thus far - the three that never reached the immeasurable heights of WandaVision, Hawkeye, Loki, Daredevil: Born Again, Moon Knight, or Agatha All Along.
