In the previous episode of Peacemaker season 2, Christopher Smith went from a low point in the current season to a high one. It began with him seemingly being betrayed by Emilia Harcourt, until viewers learn that she used a codeword (copacetic) to warn Chris that she was setting him up for a trap. Even then, she ended up choking him out. Chris thinks he was betrayed. Realistically, Emilia was saving him from Sasha Bordeaux (who’s a cyborg) from fatally shooting him.
After Economos gets Peacemaker released from A.R.G.U.S. custody, Chris makes his way back to the cabin, where he ventures to the dimension where everything seems great. The keyword here is seems. According to the official synopsis, all is not what it seems:
“As the cracks in this ‘perfect’ reality start to show, Chris is forced to confront its darker truths, and ultimately face a choice between staying in comforting illusion or doing what's right.”

Peacemaker season 2 episode 6 release time on HBO Max
Peacemaker season 2 episode 6, "Ignorance Is Chris", is set to premiere on HBO Max on Thursday, September 25, at 9:00 p.m. ET, 6:00 p.m. PT, 7:00 p.m. CT, and 8:00 p.m. MT.
Just like with previous episodes of the show, this one will also be available to stream on the platform worldwide at the exact same time, so if you're watching from outside the US, don't worry, you'll be able to watch it in areas with the platform (while other countries will air it on specific channels or services at the same time).

What to expect in Peacemaker season 2 episode 6
With the episode's official description saying that Vigilante is protecting Adebayo from something dangerous in that dimension, and Judomaster discovering something “unsettling”, some long-standing rumors about this episode - and the questionable earth they might be on - could be true. If it is, the universe Peacemaker went to could be similar to the Nazi one from various DC Comics Elseworlds - one of which the Arrowverse heroes ventured to during the CW crossover Crisis on Earth-X.
If the Earth-X theory is true, there's no way Chris will be okay with what’s going on here. The question is whether he immediately leaves or tries to set things right. The latter doesn’t seem possible since this is beyond Peacemaker’s wheelhouse, and he’d feel the need to protect Adebayo from harm. However, Judomaster staying (or dying) wouldn’t be shocking.
The other thing to look for is whether or not Chris kills his alternate reality's brother and father. He’s done both in his dimension and would do it again to protect Harcourt, Adebayo, and even Judomaster. And considering how much this show focuses on past trauma, Chris having to do this again could help him move forward, or make things worse for him in future episodes or seasons.
