Film fans have been wanting to see Henry Cavill become the next James Bond and this video highlights why.
The name’s Cavill. Henry Cavill. At least that’s what a lot of fans have been hoping to read about in the entertainment world.
Yes, the Man of Steel star has been at the top of James Bond fan-castings for a very long time, and now fans are hoping he will finally get his chance to play the character as the franchise heads towards an intriguing future.
The iconic fictional British Secret Service agent has been played by the likes of Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig throughout his 25-film legacy.
Craig’s tenure as the character came to an end with the release of No Time To Die last year, leaving fans to debate who should play the role next. Naturally, Cavill is at the top of that list, and some fans have taken to the internet to highlight just how convincing he would be in the role.
Henry Cavill becomes James Bond in incredible fan video

Is Henry Cavill the next James Bond?
Henry Cavill is no stranger to larger-than-life roles, portraying Superman in the DCEU movies Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and both versions of Justice League as well as Geralt of Rivia in Netflix’s The Witcher. With all of that in mind (not-to-mention his on-screen charisma), it’s easy to see why fans consider him a worthy successor to Craig.
As of yet, though, hasn’t been cast as James Bond, and the next 007 has yet to be announced. Of course, he’d be a great pick for the role, but the question remains: Will he get the chance to bring Bond to life?
