It's the moment that anime fans all over the world have been waiting two weeks for: Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 is back! The beloved series returns to screens after a week-long hiatus that resulted in no new episode airing last week, which caught a lot of viewers off-guard! Although there was a bonus recap episode to make up for it, it goes without saying that audiences are eager to get back to the show's adaptation of the Culling Game Arc.

Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro found themselves in quite the predicament in the previous episode, which wasn't all that surprising considering it was a "Part 1" (meaning that a cliffhanger was inevitable!). Now, it's almost time to watch the second part, as the show makes its long-awaited return! And here's when you can watch it!

What to expect from Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 episode 8

If you're a fan of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, you will know that this episode will mark the debut of Hiromu Higuruma - a character who is expected to have some of the highest-number of combined points in the Culling Game thus far. So, yeah, he's not to be trifled with. And the upcoming episode will showcase that, as the eighth installment of the series is expected to delve into his backstory to let viewers know who he really is - exploring his past as a defense attorney, which ultimately drove him mad due to an injustice he witnessed in the court.

Viewers will also know that Yuji and Megumi were searching for him, only to be separated in the previous installment when they entered the Tokyo No. 1 Colony barrier. They have both been led stray by two different players, both promising to introduce them to Hiromu Higuruma (and yet both leading them in different directions). Will they find their way back to each other? And is that player they've been searching for going to cross their paths?

We're entering the final third of the season's first cour. Anime fans will be aware that the seasons are split into two acts, meaning that a spring break is coming up (with the second half of the season expected to premiere in the summer). And with that, we can expect these next four episodes to up the ante in a big way as the Culling Game Arc is in full swing. Who knows what could happen next, but we're all ready for the ride as Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 rolls on.
