Justice League, "Comfort and Joy"

"Oh, we're no strangers to aliens in this house. Make yourself at home." - Jonathan Kent

If you only have time to watch one thing on this list, let it be this one. It’s perfect from start to finish. In this episode of Justice League, three stories are told. Each with a different holiday theme.

Clark invites Martian Manhunter to stay with his parents. J'onn is unfamiliar with Earth’s Christmas. Thankfully, Superman’s there to show him the ropes. This concludes with J'onn appreciating the holidays from different perspectives.

The Flash meets one of his enemies and almost ruins the holidays for a group of orphans. Instead of being evil, Ultra-Humanite helps the Flash save the day. In return, Flash gives him a present to say thank you.

Lastly, John Stewart and Hawkgirl show each other two sides of celebrating. John’s is simple. He likes to play in the snow. Meanwhile, Hawgirl wants beer and fights. Both of them enjoy their differences and have a Merry Christmas.

Scrubs, "My Own Personal Jesus"

'"And then something amazing happened - they connected. And all the hatred they had for each other was suddenly focused on me!" - J.D.

Despite the episode title, you don’t have to be religious to enjoy this. It’s all about togetherness and finding the good in things. After messing things up with Dr. Cox, J.D. accidentally brings Dr. Cox and his ex-wife (Jordan) together in a weird way. Meanwhile, Christopher Turk is losing faith in humanity after working the holiday shows the worst in humanity. Thankfully, something happens to restore his joy.
