Amanda Waller

It’s appropriate that Amanda Waller's section would come after Nick Fury. As ruthless as Colonel Fury is, Waller is worse. She doesn’t have friends or people she can trust. All she has is her mission. This cold-heartedness keeps her alive while members of her Suicide Squad have died.

No matter what universe you’re in, never trust Amanda Waller or work with or for her. Even if she doesn’t put a bomb in your neck, she has something to hold over your head. It's all about control for her. And, as we’re seeing in Titans: Beast World, she’d let the entire world burn to prove her point. She was even conniving in Dark Knights of Steel.

Two-Face

We aren’t talking about Harvey Dent. Dent is sane and has morals. Two-Face is a crazy person who uses a coin to make decisions. He also has to do everything in twos. Again, a great hero and villain have a theme, but, come on. All that’s doing is making his life harder.

Imagine if, just once, he did something with a three. Maybe Batman doesn’t find him. Instead, he robs banks on the second of the month, at 2 a.m., on 22nd Street. Not difficult to figure out who’s committing the crimes.
