4 more MCU characters who definitely won't be back in Phase Five
Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will feature many major characters but don't be expecting to see these guys return.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe's next phase is well underway as the shared universe of superheroes continues to evolve beyond the Infinity Saga. This new chapter has been all about the multiverse, as the remaining heroes and villains prepare for the deep dive into whatever awaits them on their own earth (and countless others).
Marvel Studios' Multiverse Saga kicked off with Phase Four opener WandaVision and it has continued to spiral from there. That spiralling hasn't always taken the MCU to its greatest heights throughout Phases Four and Five but there have been more highs than lows, ensuring that audiences are continually in for a heck of a thrill-ride every time they sit down to watch the next chapter in the expansive saga.
One thing we love about the MCU is its characters. Over the past decade and a half, we have met many beloved heroes who have all left us feeling feelings. However, not all of them will be back... in this current phase, at least.
We've already looked at four characters who we shouldn't expect to see back in Phase Five, but there are so many more that we shouldn't expect to make immediate returns either. Whether those characters are gone forever or just for now, here are some more faces we won't see in the current phase of the MCU.
