Liam Jones

BRING BACK: In OUAT season 5, we see that Liam wasn't as perfect of a person as Killian thought he was. And that's not a bad thing. He's human, and part of being human is making mistakes. Liam got to reunite with his little (younger!) brother and the Jones brothers got a proper goodbye before the former Captain moved on from the Underworld to Mount Olympus. Though I think he would have been a wonderful character to resurrect and have around in Storybrooke! He wasn't the nicest to Emma, but he was just being protective of Killian. Overall, Liam is a likable character and definitely would have made a nice duo with Charming. He took care of Killian and cared so much for his brother. Yes, his death led Killian into becoming the pirate Captain we see but Liam is definitely a character I would bring back.

Milah

WOULDN'T BRING BACK: Another very important person in Killian's life was Milah. She was a flawed and complex character, who maybe didn't always make the right decisions. Though with a husband like Rumple, we could understand the difficult circumstances she was put in. Even before becoming the Dark One, Rumple didn't make good choices. Though she did leave Bae, and that was a bad decision on her part, overall I don't have anything against Milah. Her and Killian did really love each other. But the reason I wouldn't bring her back from the dead is because her death is what led to Killian becoming Captain Hook. Yes, it took him down a long and dark path of revenge for 200 years. But that eventually gets him to cross paths with Emma in the Enchanted Forest, and make his way to Storybrooke looking for revenge against the Dark One. If it wasn't for those events, Captain Swan may not have happened. And we definitely can't have that. They're the best couple on the show!

Neal Cassidy/Baelfire

WOULDN'T BRING BACK: One character I'm not really a fan of is Neal, aka Bae. I think he was selfish, and let's not even get started on the fact that he was with Emma when she was underage. I don't know how things work in the Enchanted Forest, but he'd been in the Land Without Magic for a long time to know what's appropriate and what isn't. Anyway. Neal did sacrifice himself in the third season so that Zelena could be stopped, but I still wouldn't really bring him back. I think his character served his purpose if that makes sense. His story didn't really have anywhere else to go. Emma and Killian were going to be endgame no matter what, and I think his arc came to a natural end.
