4. Locust

Movie: Jurassic World: Dominion

This is more than a mistake in the story. It's a blunder in the creation of the movie as well. No one saw Jurassic World Dominion to see locusts. It wasn’t even like they were prehistoric bugs the size of coconuts. They were genetically altered locusts that ate crops. Something no one cared about on any level.

In terms of the story, this is a supervillain-worthy plot. Only a deplorable person with a need for control would stop a food supply. Thankfully, their death was appropriate. He died the same way Dennis Nedry did in Jurassic Park. As far as satisfying villain deaths go, this was fulfilling.

3. Owen stops the dinosaurs with his hand

Movie: The Jurassic World Trilogy

When this writer first started the list, this was number one. Owen stopped angry dinosaurs with his hand. Whenever he does this, it’s an eye-rolling moment. The only thing more ridiculous than this is someone thinking Jason Voorhees only wanted his machete back (Jason X).

There are a few things that can be debated on this list. This isn’t one of them. Owen stopping Blue and the other raptors he raised is believable. They're familiar with him. However, a rampaging, hungry, giant lizard is stopped by a different human putting their hand up? Absolutely not. This will become something that’s made fun of in future movies.
