How you can watch X-Men '97 episode 3 online
By Mark Lynch
Previously, on X-Men ‘97, Marvel’s Mightiest Mutants were still dealing with the aftermath of the death of Charles Xavier. But they had to swing into action when the Friends of Humanity were attacking Bolivar Trask's Sentinel technology. After finding Trask and his Master Mold, Cyclops and Jean announced their departure. However, before the duo could leave the team, Magneto showed up at the mansion and revealed to the X-Men that, per Charles Xavier's will, he’s now their leader.
But Magneto was willing to make amends before starting this new chapter. In the second episode, he was arrested for crimes against humanity. As the trial continued, The Friends of Humanity stormed the United Nations building. During the battle, Storm was hit with a blast that took her mutant powers away. If that isn’t enough, the episode ended with someone knocking on their door claiming to be Jean Grey.
It's going to be interesting to see where the story goes next, but if you'd like to find out when (and how) to watch that next installment, here's what you should know.

What to expect from the next episode of X-Men '97
There were a lot of nods to the comics in the first two episodes of the series. The most important was Storm losing her powers and Jean Grey returning to the mansion. Storm’s problems may not come into play in episode 3. If it does, expect it to happen during the mid-credit scene.
The Jean Grey storyline will be addressed immediately. The episode's synopsis states, “When a visitor arrives at the mansion with a dangerous secret that threatens Cyclops and Jean's relationship, the team is propelled into a tragic confrontation with an immortal mad scientist.”
The scientist in question is likely Nathaniel Essex (Mr. Sinister). If Sinister is involved Morph will have an emotional response. Hopefully, Logan is there for them. Wolverine was there for Morph in the original series so we can assume he will again. Beyond that, Logan has to be more than an angry guy with claws. Being emotionally there for Morph will help with that.
As far as Jean Grey is concerned, this could be the birth of the Goblin Queen. The title “Fire Made Flesh” could hint at the original Jean never coming back after the Dark Phoenix Saga. That would be similar to Marvel Comics. We’ll have to wait and see if that or something different happens.
