The Multiverse Saga has exhibited many ups and downs throughout its run, resulting in plenty of reactions from fans. There is no doubt about it that the greatest reactions of them all, however, are whenever they see the return of a classic Marvel star. Watch the audience reactions, look up the social media posts; that's the power of the Multiverse Saga.

From Spider-Man: No Way Home to Deadpool and Wolverine, the returns and cameos in these movies has united fans around the world; fans of all generations. You have Marvel Cinematic Universe stans losing their minds about how expansive the franchise has become (and therefore meeting some of these legendary returnees for the first time) and classic Marvel fans tearing up at the returns of some of their favorite characters and actors.

It's beautiful to see, and perhaps the best part about it all is that the best is probably yet to come with both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars on the horizon.

In fact, one X-Men legend has teased fans with the possibility of an appearance in one of those movies.

Halle Berry talks potential return in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars

Halle Berry has discussed the potential of her making a cameo appearance in Avengers 5 and 6. In a recent interview with ComicBookMovie.com's Josh Wilding, the legendary actress spoke about her new movie horror movie Never Let Go, but as it wrapped up she was asked about potentially appearing in one or both of the two MCU movies. She laughed and shrugged saying, "You never know! We'll find out."

Naturally, this has gotten fans hopeful that she could make an appearance. The star, who portrayed Storm in the original X-Men movie series from 20th Century Fox, didn't outright deny the claim like most actors whenever asked about potential returns or appearances in Marvel projects but she obviously didn't confirm it either, so speculation has begun as to whether she might actually have a role to play in the films.

Berry was rumored to appear in Deadpool and Wolverine as that film featured a number of returnees from the X-Men movie series, most notably Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, all while paying tribute to the two-decade legacy it had crafted. She ultimately didn't, though, subsequently revealing to ComicBook.com that she wasn't asked to actually appear in it.

"Blake [Lively] asked me one time... 'Would you ever be in my husband's movie as Storm?' I said, 'Yeah, if he asked me,' but he never asked me.""

X-Men fans weren't particularly thrilled about this as Storm is one of the most popular characters in the iconic Marvel Comics super-team of mutants. However, this is a chance for Marvel Studios to right that wrong. And not just for Storm either.

The running theory is that Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars will feature some kind of major battle equivalent to the one seen in Avengers: Endgame but bigger; with heroes from all across the Marvel Multiverse showing up. That would leave the door open for the X-Men characters who didn't appear in Deadpool and Wolverine to make their presences felt now.

Marvel Studios is in the process of bringing its own version of the X-Men to the MCU, with a movie currently in development. Hugh Jackman is expected to stick around as Wolverine, but the other characters will likely be recast so that the story can start over from the beginning.

Berry portrayed Storm in the original X-Men trilogy. She then reprised the role in 2014's X-Men: Days of Future Past. Her performance was well-received, with fans often feeling that the movies never really gave the character enough focus. One more appearance in the MCU could give her that focus.
