5. Tyler Hayward

If there was ever a more odious, insensitive, and downright annoying character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, please point them out to me because I don't see anyone holding all of those titles other than Tyler Hayward. A S.W.O.R.D. agent who appeared to want to help save Westview, he really needed Wanda Maximoff's magic to power the White Vision - a.k.a. the remnants of Vision that had been rebuilt and modified without any of the emotions or memories of his predecessor.

Hayward refused to let Wanda bury Vision like any sentient, loving being deserves, and that right there should give you an indicator of what kind of man he is. But he was persistent in pushing his mission to bring Vision online and terminate Wanda. To make matters worse, he clashed with Monica Rambeau, Darcy Lewis, and Agent Randall Park, taking them off the case when they got in his way.

The real moment that disgusted fans was when he shot at Wanda's children. Thankfully, they - and Monica - were more than equipped to deal with him, and he was eventually arrested for the crimes he had committed.

The MCU successfully crafted one of its most unlikable characters here, meaning that Hayward served his purpose very, very well.
