Netflix is adding 97 new movies and shows in March 2024 including 2 Spider-Man films

A new month has arrived and with it brings dozens of new movies and shows for Netflix subscribers to enjoy over the course of the month! Netflix's March lineup includes the arrival of nearly 100 new additions including original series and movies, as well as several acquired new titles including a pair of iconic Sony Spider-Man films!

While a number of DC films will be leaving Netflix, Marvel fans can look forward to some new options to enjoy as Netflix has added both of the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movies. The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 were among the first wave of new additions to Netflix and are streaming now!

Unlike some who overlook the two films, I personally loved Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man run. Yes, each of the movies has its flaws but they're also so criminally underrated and what movie doesn't have at least a few shortcomings when you really think about it? Garfield was perfect in the role of Peter Parker and his chemistry with Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy was flawless. Perhaps if you watch them back a second time, or give them a chance for the first time with the movies streaming on Netflix, maybe you'll finally appreciate them as the underrated gems they are!

Of course, The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 are just a few of the incredible new titles coming to Netflix.

March will also see the four Hunger Games movies being added to Netflix with The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 & 2 all arriving on March 31, just in time for a movie marathon!

But hey, maybe neither of these film franchises are your cup of tea. If that's the case, there are still plenty of amazing options to choose from as March will bring new series, new seasons, hit movies, and several iconic shows giving you plenty of selections to enjoy over the span of March.
