After months of waiting, it is finally here! Our first look at Deadpool 3 (now titled Deadpool and Wolverine) came as part of the trailers released during the Super Bowl LVIII, and it is all we could've hoped for.

The R-rated violence, distinctive humor, and sneak peek at Wolverine were all present for fans to enjoy. And while that in itself was more than enough to make us excited, there were also a few hidden secrets that you might have overlooked. So without further ado, here are six things you missed in the Deadpool 3 teaser trailer:

1. Chitauri Leviathan

At the 1:47 mark, we see a strange device being used by an unknown character in a deserted land. However, before the device's arm fully extends, we see a defeated Chitauri Leviathan in the background, right next to the Golden Gate Bridge. These details all but confirm the scene takes place in the Void, the place where all of the items or beings purged by the TVA go, as seen in Loki Season 1.

The Chitauri army was one of the main antagonists in the first Avengers movie. Audiences saw them follow Loki's orders to take over our planet, only to be stopped by Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Among their ranks, there were the Leviathans -big worm-like creatures that were especially difficult to defeat. So this hidden detail is a nice callback to the first big crossover the MCU ever did.

2. The Helicarrier

Just to the left of the Chitauri Leviathan at the 1:47 mark as well, we see what appears to be a Helicarrier buried down in the ground. Interestingly enough, this wouldn't be the first time we see S.H.I.E.L.D.'s flying ship in the Void, as it also appeared hidden as an Easter Egg during Loki Season 1. Now the only question remaining is: what happened for the TVA to need to purge an entire Helicarrier?

3. Secret Wars

Perhaps the best part of the Deadpool 3 trailer is the final scene, where the Merc With a Mouth is lying on the ground and we finally see Wolverine's shadow over him (all of that occurring at the 2:02 mark). However, if you were to look at the left of Deadpool, you'd see what appears to be a torn cover of a Secret Wars comic book. Not only is this a reference to Marvel comics, but it is also foreshadowing where the MCU is headed with its multiversal saga. It wouldn't surprise us if the first steps that set up the highly-anticipated multiversal crossover officially occurred in Deadpool 3.

4. Another Deadpool?

At the 1:10 mark in the trailer, we see how the TVA agent Paradox shows Deadpool glimpses of other MCU heroes such as Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Captain America. However, we also see a TV screen on the bottom left where Deadpool himself appears wearing a suit, and no -we're not talking about his super-suit, but rather an ordinary, formal attire.

Since the screens are displaying heroes from other dimensions, perhaps this could be referencing another version of Deadpool in the multiverse who likes to look well when killing bad guys.

5. Wade might've left the superhero life behind

After the events of Deadpool 2, it would appear Wade Wilson decided to leave his superhero life behind. After all, Vanessa did die for a while, before being brought back to life thanks to Cable's time-travel device. Maybe the Merc With a Mouth doesn't want to risk losing her again, and so decides to hang the katanas for a while. This is made evident not only by the beginning of the trailer where Wade is celebrating a normal birthday with his friends, but also by a scene featured in the 1:02 mark.

If you look closely, you'll see Wade is wearing a work tag that indicates he acts as a sales consultant. With him saying it's been "a challenging few years", perhaps audiences will see him try to live a normal life and work a normal job before the TVA captures him and puts him on a path to become a hero once again.

6. Deadpool merchandise

Finally, at the 3-second mark in the trailer, we see how Wade bought merchandise of himself, and used it to decorate his place. If you to the left of Colossus, you'll see not only a Deadpool Funko Pop! in the bookcase, but also a Deadpool plushie at the very top of it as well. Talk about Wade being a narcissist.

Those were all the hidden details we were able to find in the Deadpool 3 teaser trailer! Even if it's quite a lot, it wouldn't surprise us if the next look at the highly-anticipated MCU movie featured even more easter eggs for audiences to find. So whenever that happens, be sure to come to Bam! Smack! Pow! for our break-down.
