The previous episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds was a change of pace from what Star Trek fans are used to seeing - both from this show and the franchise in general. Yes, the crew saw something strange, but it was also terrifying - even more so than seeing dinosaurs (which they did in the first episode of the season).
Something aboard the U.S.S. Griffin was digging into the minds of James T. Kirk, Spock, and La'an Noonien-Singh and making them see and feel their worst fears. The episode was full of psychological terror, jump scares, and an ending that will leave you wondering if this is the last we’ve seen of the entity on the U.S.S. Griffin. Hopefully, not because this was an amazing story with a character that has a lot of potential.
But for now, Strange New Worlds season 4 tries to return things to normal with a more straightforward episode. With that in mind, here is all you need to know about how - and when - to watch the next installment.

What to expect in the next episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4
After a season premiere that showed the crew being responsible for the extinction of the dinosaurs and a horror episode, it makes sense that the next episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds would be more light-hearted. Of course, that doesn’t mean there won’t be drama. The crew goes on shore leave, and that's where the shenanigans happen. They’re hungover and don’t remember much from the night before.
There's a moment in this episode that will make longtime Star Trek fans smile. I won't say much, but you’ll get to see someone sing a popular song in the Klingon language, and they are not Klingon. Even if you miss the episode, trust this writer when he says that the clip will be circulating online.
